Return & Exchange Policy
At Re-fitt, we take pride in offering high-quality thrift items. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Below is our detailed return and exchange policy.
Eligibility
We only accept returns if there is a defect or damage not disclosed at the time of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached) within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Contact Us: If you find a defect, email us at cs@refitt.pk or WhatsApp us at +92 323 0294224 within 7 days of receiving your item, detailing the defect.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on the return process. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to verify the defect.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Once the defect is confirmed, we will issue a store credit equal to the original purchase price. This store credit can be used to exchange the item for another in-stock product of your choice.
Exchange Process
If you receive store credit, it can be applied towards the purchase of any in-stock item on our website. Store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Exchanges are subject to available inventory, and shipping charges for the return and the new item are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
